"We arrived at the job site prepared to complete the work that was originally agreed upon. The original job was to install two bidets. Upon arrival, the bidets were not provided by the client, which made it impossible to complete the original scope of work. We were on site for approximately one hour and thirty minutes. During this time, the bidets were never provided to us. The only items available at the job site were water outlets, toilet supply hoses, and showerheads. Several required supplies were missing, which required the clients son to make two separate trips to Home Depot to obtain materials needed for the work the client requested. During the visit, the client also asked us to install an outside water spigot. This task was not listed in the original job request or agreement. Installing an outside water spigot is a separate service with an estimated cost of $350. The outside water spigot installation was not approved, and the client stated that he was not willing to pay the additional cost. We also did not have the proper tools or hardware on site to complete this work. As a result, the outside water spigot installation was not performed. The client asked us to replace and install the water outlets, toilet supply hoses, and showerheads instead. These tasks were not included in the original job description or job list. However, at the clients request, we proceeded to complete this additional work in good faith. After we finished installing the water outlets, toilet hoses, and showerheads, the client asked us again to install the bidets. We explained that the bidets were still not provided and that installing them would require additional labor and approval outside the original scope. The client refused to approve or pay for any additional work. The client became hostile and argumentative and instructed us to leave the job site. At the time we left, all installed items had been checked and confirmed to be functioning properly with no visible leaks. After we had already left the property, the client later claimed that there were leaks. The client paid us $200 for the work performed. However, this amount did not fully cover the labor and services provided. The client refused to pay the remaining balance owed. At no point during the job were the bidets provided for installation. The additional work requested was not included in the original agreement, no change order was approved, and the client declined to pay for services outside the original scope. Despite completing the requested work professionally and in good faith, we were not fully compensated for our services and were required to leave the job site due to the clients hostile behavior."
