"After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!

He phoned to tell us when he'd arrive, and when traffic caused a slight delay he phoned to let us know about that too. He moved his car without being asked in order to accommodate our handyman, who was there at the same time. "We had old Mexican tile in the garage that needed cleaning and restoring.  We also had a shower which needed recaulking and sealing.  The company did a good job with the tile restoration and we were pleased.  The shower drain unfortunately got clogged with the old caulk.  Kris rectified the situation to our satisfaction."
