"My house is nearly 6000 sq ft. so I always get several estimates before making a decision. Again, I called several companies and Eran was the most thorough in his assessment of what I needed. He was realistic in terms of stains on my Thassos marble floors and white marble countertop in the one bathroom and carrera marble counter top in another bathrooms. He gave me a great price and for just a little extra offered to clean the downstairs marble ebtry and travertine throughout the kitchen. I agreed. I was competely impressed with the outcome. I must say I never in 100 years expected my white countertops to be 100% white again! The floors were beautiful, like new. A few tiny stains you could hardly see were there, that is all! Not bad for white marble that was 20 years old! My downstairs entry marble was shiny as new as waas the travertine. The grout looked as clean as the day it was put in! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard. I will definitely be calling them again!"

"It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10. 

They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring."

"Steve's work was excellent. After a very thorough cleaning he resealed and buffed our kitchen counter tops which now look great. Completely happy. We've already used him a second time, to clean and repair a very tricky tile floor. Steve and his associate Perri were the first (after several others had tried without success) to correctly diagnose and treat the problem - no more filthy, flaking grout and visible cracked tiles; the floor looks like new and is holding up well.  We didn't satisfy his initial service (which I believe was just an accident nothing to do with their quality of service), and contact them again and receive immediate positive response to come back to do the service again.  FIVE STAR service !!! Highly recommended. Reasonable price for the additional sq ft.  We have hired multiple people for different types of service needs for the new house that we just recently move in.  None of them can top Concrete & marble Transformerz's service.
