"After extremely poor customer service from our former pest control service, we switched to Hydrex. We were offered a discount for paying a full year of service and the customer service has been excellent thus far. We have only had one service performed since we signed up but we are very hopeful this will be a very good pest control service provider. We also asked for early notification prior to service dates as we have a pet that must be kept inside on service days. Office staff has been friendly and pest control summaries (showing chemicals used) provided on service dates."

"The service was excellent. They were prompt, professional, and resonable. I have no more problems with birds. In addition their pest control service is also good. When he sprayed for bugs he ensured that he moved furniture and anywhere there were spider webs he moved them. I was extremely pleased with the service probided."

"It's been an incredible experience in hiring Bird Masters LA to take care of pressure washing my driveway,front and back yard restoring the concrete as if it was just layed out. Tree oil stains,dirt build up, bird droppings and tire marks have been completely removed. Soon after I had them humanely remove a bird nest and bird proof my home with bird spikes. They have also cleaned all my windows and screens in/out leaving them spotless. My home is now ready for a family event! thank you for your service in a timely manner and the peace of mind. Highly suggested for their quality work and results."

"We had a very sudden bee infestation in our garage mid-to-late afternoon on a Friday. Called a number of places. No one could come out. Bee Catchers could not come out right away either. I do not fault them. The difference was the level of service I received on the phone from Nicole. I told her about the situation. She asked great questions and provided great advise. So far, following her advise is working. But the moment it is beyond my control, I will be calling her and having Bee Catchers dispatched. "Things went extremely well overall. The technicians returned twice to check the bait stations, and since they treated, I have not seen rats in the patio area. The owner even came out to re-check the premises. The service and effectiveness offered by Leonardo's Pest Control is excellent.

"Eli the Bee Guy does amazing work. He takes extreme care with the use of certain techniques to remove bees & their hives from any infested area. Very appreciative of him because bees are very important to our earth & habitat so he is always able to save the bees rather then “exterminate” them.
