They’re excellent. They know what they’re doing. I like their approach. They don’t try to push things on you. I’m just very pleased with their service. The quality of their work has been excellent.

We called for field mice in our rock garden.  Larry responded the next day but said he could not take care of the rodents as his truck was being serviced.  So we had him spray for ants.  He said he would call the next week when he had his truck.  He did not return.  We called him 3 straight days and we finally received a response we were told he would come the next day for the mice. He showed the next day and said he could not deal with the mice because he didn't have his ladder.  I still do not understand why he needed a ladder.  So he sprayed for the ants that had returned and said he would call the next day to take care of the mice.  He has yet to return or call and we have been forced to call another service. 

I certainly hope that my experience is the exception rather than the norm.  I called him based on the great reviews.  This experience has been a huge disappointment.

We have been using this provider since 2011 and have had no problems with insects since.  The only bugs we find in the house are dead or dying.  To top it off, we have numerous Humming Bird feeders and have zero ants near the house.  Friends have had some of the major pest control services tell them they need to get rid of their feeders because they attract ants and that they can't get the insecticides to overcome ants any more.
The principal of this company, Larry Palma, is very personable and always takes time to make sure we are satisfied and that our needs are covered.

We were so happy with Larry and Gio of Desert View Pest Control.  I called on the 16th and he came out on the 17th (my choice of time).  Gio who took my call was extremely professional and explained exactly what he would do.  She also went over the options I could select if I wanted to continue service on either a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly plan.  We decided to go with the monthly option at $36 a month and if there are any problems in-between they come out free of charge to take care of it.  The first time call was $89.  A huge plus is that there is NO contract so we did not have to sign up for a year.  You can quit at any time and change the type of plan at any time. 
If I could give an A+ I would.  I always am appreciative of professionalism, punctuality, quality, etc . but the fact that Larry and Gio were so nice was a true plus.  He left my dog huge dog biscuit.  Sort of like he had me at the dog biscuit (which was on top of the invoice which explained what he did, included all the chemicals used and also the price of the different plans).

I think the phone number may be incorrect.  I have 760 240-1900 as their number and their full name is Desert View Pest Control.

Larry, the owner of Desert View,  showed up within 5 minutes of the time quoted that he would be at our home.  He once again explained what he would be doing, how long it would take and the outcome of his services.  He sprayed all around the inside and outside of our home, plus a large portion of our backyard.  There was no smell and no sticky residue.  He informed us that we would begin to see dead bugs within 24 hours and if after that time period we came across any bug still alive to call him and he would come out again.  True to his word, we awoke to find about 25 "bodies" in and outside of our home.  It has now been a little over one week since Larry came to our home and we still find dead pest, but thankfully they are all outside now.  
        Another reason we were pleased with Desert View is there are no contracts to sign.  We had told Larry upfront that we typically do not have a pest problem after September, but would like for him to come in once a month until then (at a very reasonable price.)  There was no pressue to sign a contract, no pressure to change our minds and we can cancel the services at anytime.  I have already recommend his company to two other people.

I have a monthly contract with them. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. The gentleman who owns the business, Larry, is the one who comes to my house. He does a phenomenal job. He calls and tells you the timeframe and he is always prompt. When he comes he is extremely personable and very approachable. He is knowledgeable and very professional. I have no ants, fleas, spiders or little cobwebs in any corner of my house.
