We have had a monthly service with Leonardo's for about 10 years in our restaurant. We had been using another company for many years but the cockroaches were having races through the kitchen, so obviously it wasn't working. We contacted Leonardo through a referrral from another restaurant owner. Upon his recommendation, we closed down for 2 days and thoroughly cleaned our kitchen. Leonardo's staff came in and sprayed and we have not seen one bug since. The technicians are professional, timely and whatever they use, it works!! We have them on a monthly contract and it is the best money spent!

Description of Work
i had a rat problem in my attic. They examined the area, told me what needed to be done to prevent rats from getting in, set and removed traps. everything was done in a professional and timely manner.

This company has been providing excellent service to our school for the past three years. They are very good at cooperating with our business schedule. They only provide their service on the weekends when the school is closed.

He was good and I like him. I've never used anybody else. I was fine with the price but I haven't compared it. He was here within half an hour and it was 8 pm. I had a dead rat in the house and he came after hours.
Description of Work
I use Leonardo`s Pest Control monthly for rodent control to get rats out of my attic.

A tenant reported Bees swarming in back of my rental property. Leonardo provides pest service at that address so I called and spoke to his son who explained the high cost possible if they were in the walls. Leonardo immediately surveyed the situation. I braced myself for the news as I saw his name on my caller id. To my relief he told me the Bees had begun to nest in a nearby tree, (relief no. one). However he said they were ceasing that activity and were moving on. Stopped their nesting efforts and were abandoning that site. (relief no. Two). Perhaps they were seeking a lower rent area. Leonardo could have economically taken advantage of the situation with a lot of Zoological jargon and I would not have known the difference. He didn’t even charge for the survey. In these hard times it’s refreshing to find this type of honesty and integrity.

Things went extremely well overall. The technicians returned twice to check the bait stations, and since they treated, I have not seen rats in the patio area. The owner even came out to re-check the premises. The service and effectiveness offered by Leonardo's Pest Control is excellent.
Description of Work
The team of two exterminators arrived on time with all of their supplies/equipment. They made a thorough search of the premises, including the garage and balcony. The exterminators were asked to catch the rats in the patio area and keep them from returning. They placed bait in outdoor traps, and the bait attracted rats, almost immediately. The technicians made return visits to dispvse of a dead rat.

I first called a big company which several reviews. They were not available until later in the week, furthermore they were going to come during a three hour and quot;windowand quot;. No thanks, I do not like the and quot;time windowand quot; because at the time we had just closed and hadn't moved in yet. I then called Leonardo. I am so glad I did. He answered the phone immediately. He said, and quot;I'll be there at 11:00AMand quot; I had called him at 9AM. He arrived on time. He talked to me about the science of ants and what I would be dealing with. He thoroughly sprayed the place, indoors and out. I like Leonardo. He is a no nonsense guy. He even pointed things in our yard which will attract ants. I recommend Leonardo to anyone with ant problems.

We are used Leonardo's for over 2 years. They cleared up a roach problem that another exterminator was unable to handle. The staff is professional and their services work!!

Pest/roach control. Once a month service. We had used another company for years but started seeing loads of small cockroaches in the kitchen area of our restaurant/bar. The would even walk across the bar!! Upon a recommendation of another restaurant owner, we called Leonardo. He was prompt and thorough in his first appointment. We had to remove everything out of the kitchen area and bar area and close the restaurant for the day. That was 2 years ago. To this day, we have never seen another bug. They come after hours once a month. Their technicians are professional and dependable. I would recommend Leonardo without hesitation. He's a bit more, but it's worth it. He gets the job done!!
