"Gilbert and his crew did a good job on helping to control bird on our roof. They are all professional and provides clear easy instructions on what to do for the project. The quality of the work is good and the speed of the project was done in good time. Birds did not return for 2 months. After the project was done, the birds were back at a different part of the roof. Gilbert was very nice in adding what was hoping would stop the birds from coming back. Earlier during the quote he mentioned to me that the birds wouldn't be particularly be going to the part of the roof now they are going to, but now they are there. The birds are still a problem. I knew it would not be a complete guarantee if I dont take care of that other spot. I understood all that Gilbert wanted to do to completely remove the birds in all. The project was done in mid July and its now almost the end of october. I wanted to continue to work with Gilbert but communication has not been as smooth compared when I first hired him. I was hoping to get another quote to take care of the new problem but i no longer feel comfortable. Our last text conversation made me feel scared. I wanted to thank Gilbert for his time and for the commendable job on the first problem. Its too bad we were unable to finish this project and I'm still left disappointed."
