As a retired contractor myself I am very selective on who I hire to work on my home. From start to finish Mission Accomplished was top notch from the estimate to the finished product. Ethan is very knowledgeable and explains everything in an easy way to understand. I received estimates from other companies in town but Mission accomplished was head and shoulders above the competition in Lake Havasu!

The service schedule was done the same day which is a huge plus. The technician was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He figured up the problem in couple minutes and detected the part he needed to be ordered. All good up to now. He charged $90 which is descent. The issue is the estimate for repair was $600 for replacing a $12 part that it’s replacement would take 5 minutes. This price gauging was not acceptable and I contacted them and he quoted me $375 per hour for labor which is insane. Be watchful if you have their service and count your fingers after the service.

This is the very first time I've ever had a negative experience with an Angie's List provider, so please know I'm not a complainer. Dynamic Air sales personnel made specific performance promises when they sold the job-- mentioning on multiple occasions that I could expect inside cooling to be 15-20 cooler than outside temperatures. I contracted with them. It's been a disaster. I paid over $10,000 and now three months after installation the most I've ever received is 1 maybe 2 degrees cooling difference and normally nothing at all. I've contacted Dynamic's president multiple times and their only response was to tell me for it to deliver on the promised benefit (15-20 degrees cooler) I need to replace all of the ducts in my house and Dynamic would do that for a 'deep discounted" price of an additional $2600. The ensured me 100% that this would be the solution. As angry as I was about being out $10K and now having to spend more I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and had them install the duct system. The result: The a/c system at my house, even with the new ducts, still does not cool the house at all. I’m not exaggerating, maybe 1 or 2 degrees at most, and no cooling at all for much of the day. This is fully documented and is irrefutable--even dynamic admits it is accurate. Dynamic's been made aware on multiple occasions that its still not working-- Insisting that everything Dynamic has done is functioning perfectly and you’ve fulfilled your contractual obligations. Instead Dynamic blames the non-performance of both of their non-performing, faulty installations by passing the buck and blaming yet another issue--telling me that my only solution is to spend thousands of dollars more with a third party contractor to install new insulation. It would be preposterous for me to invest in this with any degree of confidence that (after all this) it will solve the problem and deliver the cooling benefit Dynamic repeatedly promised. The Dynamic Air website also states “100% Satisfaction Guarantee”--and clearly states they'll refund any customer's money that is not 100% satisfied with no qualifications. This was another primary reason that I contracted with this firm. Four weeks ago, I've requested in writing that Dynamic either cure their faulty work or refund my money. They have been unresponsive and showed no good faith in living up to their contractual and customer satisfaction commitments.

First contractor told me the system had to be replaced, but Dynamic found the issue and fixed it. 90% of the repair cost was the 4lbs of freon recharge, which I agreed to. The system is now working great again, and I expect to get a few more years out of this '95 workhorse.

Terrible! The Guy arrived. fiddled around for 4 hours, spent most of the time typing up his report. said there was a leak but could not fix it. He said it was out of Warranty and it was not. Charged my wife for the service call, $400 odd dollars, gave her a quote of $5,200 for a new unit and got a deposit of $473. I called Amana, got the Warranty and the name of a top rated service company. They arrived within 3 hours, checked out the unit, fixed the leak, recharged the refrigerant and were gone within 1 1/2 hours. Everything is working fine however, it took 6 days and several phone calls for Dynamic Air to refund the deposit. This is not someone that you want on your list!

I called Dynamic due to my 16 year old noisy AC stopped working. I called three HVAC companies. Scott from Dynamic AC came out the same day, and spent the time to explain the features of available equipment and how Dynamic backs up their products. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Scott. We agreed on a new Lennox AC and furnace system. The crew led by Jose, was on time, removed the existing system and install the new equipment in the same day. Jose explained the thermostat operation, and all pertinent information on my new system. As I am a construction manage/inspector by career, I could not be more satisfied with Dynamic Air Services, and will highly recommend to all.

Jeff from Dyna inspected my old attic fan and determined it needed to be replaced. He informed me that a new air supply grill need to be replaced, new ducting and a electrical switch. A week later Jose and Cris arrived an did a complete installation as per W.O. They did a very clean professional job and were very friendly. Dynamic gets my recommendation.

My A/C stopped working about two weeks ago, I was able to call Dynamic Air Services and have a technician diagnose the issue within two days. Unfortunately, there were issues not only with the A/C unit but the entire HVAC system (furnace included). This was confirmed by two other reputable companies. We decided to replace the whole system and the price was on par with other quotes and the install was pretty painless (one day for most of it, wrapped up the second morning with system testing in the afternoon). I would hire again. Thank you Dan and Adam for your help getting everything up and running again!

Outstanding response to my request and overall understanding of necessary requirements. AC tech Jeff was prompt, professional and extremely experienced. Provided thorough systems check, discovered key failure and suprisingly had the part on hand. Installation was prompt followed by another systems inspection. Jeff was really a pro, easy to talk to and cleanly communicated all answers, tips and assessment. He also drafted a full proposal with a line item estimate for a new AC unit. Good Job. I fully Recommend.

Very well with one cautionary issue noted.

The technician did a great job of finding the problem. Due to his work he was able to identify the cut in a small vacuum line and avoid having to change out a $300 part. He had the issue resolved in about thirty minutes. I would use Dynamic Air again. The technician's name was Brandon Bowen.
