"I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."

"For years, I was very reluctant to move forward with changing out my kitchen countertops from granite to quartz, because I didnâ  t believe that I could trust a contractor to put a high level of workmanship on this project. My wife wanted quartz countertops very much, so I reached out to RMS Remodeling Experts and we met with Jez at his showroom. Jez explained our options and we reviewed the project in more detail. He answered all of our questions. I started to feel more confident and so we added a request to install pot lights to our living room area. Still, my wife and I interviewed many other top-shelf contractors for this job. We awarded JMJ the project and they did an outstanding job on everything. I was initially very concerned with incidental damage to my existing kitchen cabinets, but JMJ came into our home with a highly-skilled team and went to work. There was no damage to our cabinets and they even took care of resetting my plumbing connections; something other countertop contractors shied away from. They put a lot of care in controlling dust, protecting our laminate floors, covered up everything, and cleaned up the work site very well every day. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Overall my experience with this company was great! The work that was done was really really good! Our contractor who assisted us was Jose. We added a living space and master bedroom to our home. The additions done look as if they were part of my house this whole time. Honestly it looks way better than I expected. The only reason I rated the company a 4.5 was because there was always some kind of miscommunication between our contractor and his workers. Don t get me wrong, things were always resolved, Jose was great at that. But my recommendation to is to make sure communication is #1. That way the customer is not confused or left wondering what will happen next. There was an issue with his floor guy though, he was rude and unprofessional. BUT the reason I am mentioning this is not to put down the company but let you know that we expressed concern for this issue and it was resolved professionally by Jose and it never became an issue again. The quality of work was top notch! His workers were all pretty cool guys and we always felt comfortable of who was coming into our home to do the work. I highly recommend this company for your next big project😊👍🏼"
