I chose to work in this industry because I have a passion for building and completing projects. I also have substantial past experience in this field. I served in the Army in a construction MOS. After completing my service, I started working for a California state electrical indentured apprenticeship program. Soon after completing the program, I became a superintendent for an electrical company. Subsequently, I started working with EmBee and associates as a project manager and have been managing projects for 10 years. We started in this industry in 1955. We describe our business as Multi-generational.
