I have a beautiful 3 story home in Lake Arrowhead and I needed to remodel the master bedroom bathroom. I had the vision and just needed someone to execute it. I originally had one contractor come out and give me a price and his estimate along with tryna pursuade me to do a kitchen remodel as well was high in my opinion. Not to mention, the fact he kept insisting I do a kitchen remodel as well just irritated me because I solely was doing things one by one. So that's when I found Jose at Structural Prime Builders. He went to my home, saw what I wanted to do and told me what needed to happen. Because I was doing a custom rainforest shower I knew I would have to pay but even with the final price, it was still couple thousand dollars less than the first contractor, very reasonable, and the quality of the work definitely shows. He is definitely the go to for home renovations, especially in the mountains area. This review was for the work he did in 2021

I had a few contractors come out to give me a quote on opening a load bearing wall and adding a beam. Jose at Structual prime builders had the best price and started in a couple days. They completed the job in about 4 hours which included demo of the wall and installing an 18â lvl beam. Would hire them again!

Jose and his team were very responsive and paid great attention to being clean. They were flexible with our timing which is important when you have a toddler and an infant trying to take naps in the same small house that is getting worked on. The wall they added to enclose my office into a third bedroom had light hit it in such a way that minor imperfections in the taping and mudding of the drywall were exposed and they re-did it to make it right, which meant painting twice. They really took care of us and the price was reasonable. We are very happy with the work. Great experience, highly recommended, and we will work them again on any future projects.

Our home was damaged in a wildfire, and we came across many unscrupulous contractors when trying to find someone to do the job. Structural Prime Builders was the right choice! This company is top-notch in every way! Jose, the owner, was very easy to work with and listened to all the concerns, followed code for the entire job (rebuilding kitchen walls, roofing, taking out cabinets, tile, flooring, and even restoring our bathtub!) and made our home look more beautiful than it looked before the fire. Jose is honest, hard-working, and was always available when we needed to talk to him. He was on-site often, and his crew is simply the best. His price was very affordable and the quality of work was outstanding. If you want the job done right, and done quickly, then choose this company. They are the best!

Jose was a honest and stand up contractor. His price was reasonable and the quality of his work was superior. I had him install several french drains in my front and backyard. The grass was replaced perfectly. You couldn't even tell it had been trenched. Jose is going to be my go to guy for all home improvements. Can't say enough good things about him.

Jose Hernandez runs a great team. Mr. Hernandez answers phone calls and keeps you informed of what he is doing every step of the way.
