"Excellent they went far and beyond on this one. The unit I had was faulty. They went to Home Depot and picked up the new one. No hesitation. Thank you. It was important to have air."

"So Cal Builders & Design Inc made the entire building process stress-free. They were transparent with costs, delivered work on time, and ensured every design detail was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the final results."

"Nathan impressed from the time I first met him. He was far more professional than other contractors in terms of describing how his company works and what I should expect if I worked with him. He also has a nice showroom where you can look a variety of cabinets in different styles and colors as well as countertops. We ended up getting a countertop that he suggested. We would never had picked it on our own but it ended up looking amazing in our kitchen. We had him do a complete remodel of our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. The guys on his crew were always prompt and showed up as scheduled. His foreman was both a good communicator and listener. Whenever we ran into an unexpected issue, they communicated clearly what additional costs would be involved (if any) and how much additional time it might take. The cabinets he installed were custom made but did not cost more than the pre-fab ones you can buy at the large home improvement stores. They are of high quality and well constructed. I actually saw his cabinet guy using a small caliper to make sure the door distances from the cabinets were all even! Lastly...here's something you'll never hear about a contractor...he finished AHEAD of time! Nathan's company are straight shooters and very skilled craftsmen. I would work with them again."

"Was lacking in written skills. I never received a written contract proposal even though I gave Mr Avila one that I had received from another recommended contractor. Therefore I had to verbally remind him of the agreed upon items, which were then done quickly without complaint"

"I used Ben Oded for replacing my roof and building a customized aluminum patio cover. Both projects were completed on schedule and within budget. Ben is extremely knowledgeable in home construction and renovation. He is very responsive and addressed any concerns or issues with these projects. I would definitely use him for any future home renovation projects!"

"This crew means business. They do it all-- from the beginning stages of planning to passing final inspection with city building code requirements. They finish on time and review everything with you."

"We hired McCormick Home Builders to remodel our living room, and we are beyond pleased with the result. The team was professional, worked efficiently, and Aris design ideas made a huge difference.
