No words can express our appreciation! The kitchen and the extras Classic Kitchens went above and beyond.We come from a Construction family. I know all the problems that can pop up. The crew was on time and showed up. Their respect for our home and property is something you don't see in this day and age. Great experience!

I can't say enough good things about Jay and the team at Classic Kitchens. From start to finish, Jay was completely professional and transparent. He laid everything out clearly from the beginning, which really helped minimize any surprises along the way. Jay and his crew were attentive to all of our concerns, taking the time to address any issues that arose during the project. I made a few changes along the way, and Jay was always open to my ideas, working with me to ensure that I got my dream kitchen. The end result was everything I hoped for and more. I found Jay, owner at Classic Kitchens etc. through a YouTube video on shear walls. I had a wall removed in my home, not knowing it was a shear wall. Once I was made aware of it and knowing the safety concerns, I started looking for contractor & structural engineer all inclusive as I wanted a team with a good working relationship. After getting multiple quotes and vague answers on what these other contractors plans were, I reached out to Jay. Jay scheduled a site visit that following week, let me know what his game plan was. He provided multiple options of how we can make the structure safe. Jay is super knowledgeable and intelligent. In about a week, he provided a quote. Jay was flexible and understanding that I wanted to spend as least as possible and really did his best to accommodate my requests. Jay was upfront with the numbers, when he expects the payments with contract drawn out by his staff. Jay worked with our city to submit all necessary permits, scheduled all inspections, negotiated with city through revisions they were requesting to continue to advocate for me. The completed work is outstanding- can’t thank you and your team enough for the fine services. Everything went along seamlessly. I loved how courteous and efficient the workers were and how they cleaned up every single day not leaving any trace of their work. 

The team was extremely efficient and quick to notify me of any modifications or delays. Ernesto kept me constantly informed at every step on the installation. There was a good degree of clarity and expectation management, since it got a little bit frustrating not having access to the kitchen for a week or two. But, in hindsight, the space looks a thousand times better than it used to. Thanks!

My third project with Jay and CK. I’ve done two bathrooms and a kitchen. I’m a bit of a DIY remodeler, so there were parts of each job that I did myself. The crew was very accommodating to changes and requests to help my side of the project. With every project it took longer to complete than initially expected. The most recent project was reframing and installing a new shower/tub. There were a few little details that I personally had to address to make it perfect. I would say, most people wouldn’t notice the issues I did, as I have enough experience. Here’s what you get… great response time, regular updates, and follow through after the project. Jay and his team have helped deal with minor issues years after projects completion. Highly recommend!

Classic Kitchens ETC delivered everything that I wanted and more! Thank you for giving me my dream home. I worked with Jay Adams and his team of professionals to update my 35 year old house. This meant a complete renovation of my kitchen, primary bath, guest bath, powder room, fireplace, removal of popcorn ceilings, new windows and floors. With this amount of work, I elected to move out to not impede their progress. Jay Adams and the Classic Kitchen team did not disappoint. I am thrilled with the quality of their work and cannot believe that this beautiful home was hiding behind the builder grade rooms that previously existed. Their showroom is complete with samples of the latest products to make your selections easier and Jay’s keen eye for design will guide you through the process. This is a class outfit! We couldn't be happier with our remolded kitchen. Jay is a consummate designer and Ernesto the most professional site manager! All of our concerns were addressed and our questions answered in a timely manner. Carrie, the office contact person, is there ready to help with anything that comes up. The crew, including Luis, Anthony, Andreas and everyone else, were knowledgeable, professional, on time and easy to work with. They are experts in what they do, with a lot of experience. These people go the extra mile to make sure your project is completed on time, at reasonable cost, and looking spectacular!

We are completely happy with our kitchen remodel and without reservation recommend Classic Kitchen Etc., for any remodel. It would be great if you could wave a magic wand and the work would be done. We are thankful that the process was orderly and seemed like walking through a guided path to our dream kitchen. My wife loves the final product. The entire process from first speaking with Jay Adams the owner of Classic Kitchen Etc., setting expectations, the design, modifications, selecting the materials, demo, and work performed by the workers/craftsmen was a great experience. The project manager Ernesto Herrera, kept us updated on the status and what would be next. We have been wanting to remodel our kitchen for over 10 years so we had ideas. I appreciate that Jay listened to our ideas and came up with a design that incorporated all our them. I am thankful for his expertise, experience, and vision. Jay saw things I didn't, like taking the backsplash to the ceiling by our windows that look out over the valley. Now it's like a picture frame and a great focal point of the kitchen. Also raising the kitchen ceiling to the rest of the house more than doubled the wow factor! One of the deciding factors in choosing Classic Kitchen versus other designers/companies was almost all the work was performed in-house, or by the same sub-contractors versus having the work bid out to sub-contractors. We never saw any finger-pointing, or this issue was somebody else's fault. It was more like they were all working together to deliver the best experience/product no matter their particular expertise. Going into the remodel we had challenges as my wife has health issues. The workers all took great care to ensure the barrier separating the living area and the demo area was always sealed tight. She also had complications from a surgery that hospitalized her three different times for 36 total days during the remodel. Everyone was sensitive to her issues and we always felt safe and secure as they worked around her health issues. It's been almost 8 months since the job was completed, and daily I still marvel at the final product. [*** Link removed ***]

Complete transformation of our home. Classic Kitchen was definitely the right choice for this project. Professional and nothing but quality work. From the owner Jay to the foremen Ernesto and the entire crew all were a pleasure to work with. Project was completed on time and completely change the appearance of our home. Nothing but compliments from friends who have seen the house and others are now having Classic Kitchen remodel their homes. A five star operation for sure.

My wife and I just got our bathroom remodeled by Classic Kitchens, and we are so happy with the results.We did not have a lot of experience with this, so we needed to find a company to really support us with the process. Jay was extremely professional, organized and meticulous! He had all of the materials (tiles, faucets, cabinets etc.) on site to mix and match, so we could easily visualize what the final product would look like. He also redesigned our bathroom layout to provide more room and comfort. It was such an amazing improvement! Once the bathroom was under construction, the process was seamless. The workers have been with him for years, so they have definitely perfected their craft. They arranged their working hours so that they always came when my wife and I were at work. They also were extremely tidy after a day’s work. You couldn’t even tell they were there if it were not for the changes being done to our bathroom. And most important, everyone was extremely kind and accommodating to our little dog Freida.? We plan to use Classic Kitchens when we remodel our kitchen. We won’t even consider another company!

Jay & Classic Kitchen Etc exceeded our expectations! They got the job done as promised, even with all my last-minute changes. My kitchen & family room is absolutely stunning!! Better than I could have imagined. They are professional, honest, and fair. Not easy to find these days! We highly recommend them.

We’d only imagined adding a bathroom to our small home, but the project grew into a major expansion and remodel of the entire house and garage. Luckily for us, Jay and Classic Kitchens came out to bid the job. We were immediately struck by Jay’s honesty and expertise. He even encouraged us to get other bids and pick the company that was best for us. Throughout the process Jay worked diligently to manifest our visions, and supplied many creative ideas of his own that we would never have thought of. Coupled with their exacting workmanship, this has turned our property into an incredibly beautiful and sound place to live. Friends, strangers, and even city inspectors all rave about the results. We are eternally grateful to Jay and CKE.

After a water leak, I reached out to multiple companies for estimates to replace our downstairs flooring. Classic Kitchens was hands down the top contender, in all major categories. I wanted a fair price, a trustworthy company, and a crew I’d feel comfortable working with. Jay and Enrique came out, and I knew right away they’d be the company I’d be using. They did a very thorough walk thru, answered all (and I mean ALL) of my many questions. The price was comparable to other estimates I had received, even with big box stores where I thought I’d be saving money. The quality of the work from the entire crew was above and beyond any other company I’ve had do work in our home. They paid attention to every little detail, things I would never have even thought of. From the sanding of our subfloor to make sure our new floor was perfectly level, to every little bit of touch up paint, the crew wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. It is clear they take pride in their work, and the craftsmanship they’ve perfected over the years.

We have had Classic Kitchen remodel our kitchen, Guest bath, and most recently our Master bath. Jay is great at helping the homeowner design a beautiful and functional space! Enrique was the project manager who didn't leave a stone unturned. He promptly responded to all of my texts and resolved all concerns immediately. All of the different workers were prompt, clean, and professional. I have no complaints in fact we are getting ready to design our next bathroom with Classic Kitchens!

We had a very good experience with design, demo, construction and finishing details. Jay and his team were committed to delivering a design that we liked that fit in our budget.
