"Overall my experience with this company was great! The work that was done was really really good! Our contractor who assisted us was Jose. We added a living space and master bedroom to our home. The additions done look as if they were part of my house this whole time. Honestly it looks way better than I expected. The only reason I rated the company a 4.5 was because there was always some kind of miscommunication between our contractor and his workers. Don t get me wrong, things were always resolved, Jose was great at that. But my recommendation to is to make sure communication is #1. That way the customer is not confused or left wondering what will happen next. There was an issue with his floor guy though, he was rude and unprofessional. BUT the reason I am mentioning this is not to put down the company but let you know that we expressed concern for this issue and it was resolved professionally by Jose and it never became an issue again. The quality of work was top notch! His workers were all pretty cool guys and we always felt comfortable of who was coming into our home to do the work. "We just completed our remodeling project with Best Builders Group and it was a great experience overall. We added a master suite (appx 350 sq. ft.) to our house. We got several estimates from several construction companies and we decided to hire Best Builders Group for that because of their big experience in design, great price and great approach. The addition project was not simple at all but Zohar handled each stage of the work very productive and he always kept us up to date about the entire progress. His design was a huge advantage and it was the main thing that we couldn’t fins in the other ones. Our bathroom addition is definitely stunning and it’s our favorite part at the house now. Zohar also recommended to have a tile wall and floor tile that made the bathroom a beautiful one! More than that, he was very hard working worked extra hours because of our long schedules. Zohar and his professional crew were very respectful of our time and space. Overall, we are excited with the addition and thankful to Zohar and Best Builders group."

"After many roofing estimates that were incredibly high and came with either no financing or high interest financing, I stumbled upon Zen Builders. Simon was attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of his game. My roof was completed in three days, it's beautiful, and there were NO LEAKS when the rains came a few days later. The workers were professional, considerate, and the clean up was amazing. No trace of having construction in my yard. Because I was so happy with the work, I mentioned to Simon that I would love to have him come back and do a few more projects. I ended up with an even better financing option (both loans are well-within my budget) and a GORGEOUS new patio cover complete with a surprise ceiling fan in the middle! The patio is now white, and they painted the trim of my house to match. They also fixed my heating/AC ducts, insulated my attic, and for free, added plywood, so I can actually store items up there. I have never had an issue getting ahold of Simon or his sister, Kineret (Kerry). When there was an adjustment needed to the air ducts, the workers came out quickly (amid the COVID-19 quarantine) and simply fixed it! I couldn't ask for more! All work took less than a month to complete and I never felt pressured, ignored, or bamboozled. I have recommended Zen Builders to many of my friends. I hope they recover from the imposed quarantine to continue to provide excellent service."
