"Overall, I was very pleased with the service. I had six window screens repaired. I was told that there was a minimum of $150.00 requirement. I wasn’t told this in advance, the cost was approx. $22 per window, times 6=$132.00. We settled on $140.00."

"Outstanding work. Will and Bobby did a great job on our glass sliding door. Very reasonable price and theyve cleaned up the job site after work is done. "They proposed a less expensive option, install retro windows from a local and less expensive company rather than replace my windows with more expensive windows from a well known maker with a much better warranty. Sounded good but the saving was negligible and made no sense at all. So no deal!"

When your double-hung window upper sash keeps falling down, it means you could be letting out warm air in the winter or cool air from the AC in the summer. That means your HVAC system works harder to warm or cool the house, costing you extra on electric bills.

If the lower sash continues to fall down, it means when you’ve popped open the window for fresh air, it could slam shut. In addition to being inconvenient, this could be dangerous if you have small kids, children, or pets that like to hang out by the window.
