"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

"We had a new system installed by Albert Nahman plumbing. They were very prompt in scheduling the installation. They were also very prompt in talking us into buying a service contract. What they are not prompting doing is honoring that service contract. They have failed to send a technician out on a promised day, management has not gotten tossed with us, and we have no evidence that they will ever keep any of their promises regarding service. If I had known how this was going to go after installation was done, I would?ve picked a different company to work with."

While under the house, Matthew spotted issue # 3) and photographed it: one of our heating ducts had become disconnected, thus pumping hot air into the crawlspace! So, we are having Plumbtree Pumping come back to make a thorough estimate to correct items 1) and 2). (And our HVAC people will fix item 3)!)
