"Original work started with removing wood siding above garage door and replacing with standard rough stucco, but evolved to re-stucco entire front of house to smooth stucco including removing wood siding around front windows. Work had to be done in phases to coordinate with contractor for a new wood garage door/jamb installation. They performed good quality work. They were on-time and cleaned their work area. For the most part, they were responsive to my communications (by text)."

It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again.
