"Amazing that they completed job in one day! (wall in front of garage was completely redone (R&R) and patching around garage door and under one window). They matched the existing sand finish. The "feathering" in of the new stucco to the old looks good. From a scheduling standpoint I would recommend they provide more of an advance notice for scheduling (i.e. 2 days vs. 1day) and positively let the customer know they are on the schedule."

"I hired Erick and his company EVERYDAY PAINTING to paint the Interior of my house. From the moment I hired Erick he was involved in my project. He gave me a Timeline of what he would paint everyday and stuck to it and was even ahead of it. He completed the job in 3 days .Erick helped me to decide on the white paint to use and the colors . He painted an all white interior and it looks fabulous with my white kitchen cabinets. His knowledge of how whites go together helped a lot in the decision to use all whites. Erick's workmanship was fabulous , he worked very hard with his crew to please me which is difficult at times. He also painted a built in bookcase white that is beautiful. Also Erick took the initiative to begin painting and wall work on my kitchen prior to the cabinets being installed . Everything looked like brand new when the cabinets went in. "Tom Cohen and Joe Sapir were great. They went through the possibilities and options with us, including what we could do with our budget and possibilities for financing. We bought our house as part of a repossessed hillside property, and we had to buy it in "as is" condition with decades of deferred maintenance. We had chipped away at fixing up the interiors over the past ten years, and were ready for a major (and long overdue) overhaul of the exteriors. The house is 1,200 square feet, but the garage is basically two stories with the living area on the third floor. That means a lot of stucco to repair and a lot of surface to paint. We needed new windows to replace the 50-year old ones that were original with the house, along with a new front door and sliding glass door in the back. This included expanding the size of the windows so that they were bigger (and actually up to code). The insulation in the attic was very old and needed to be replaced as well. Our garage door was dented (by a previous owner) and needed to be replaced along with the motor. Our back porch was falling apart, and we needed that repaired and painted. Our back yard had little privacy and was too hot to spend much time in for most of the year, so we also had them put in a large alumawood patio cover that extends over the porch and most of the yard (to the edge of our garden). It was important to us not to just pick a "low bid" contractor and instead to get a company that would do the work with high-quality materials and skilled crews with proper insurance and quality guarantees. We wanted this to be the last major overhaul we have to do on the exteriors of this house. The crews that came to do all of the work were very skilled, and worked with us to make sure they were doing exactly the work we wanted. Each phase of the project went quickly and efficiently, with prompt inspections and "touch-ups" afterwards to make sure everything was done well. Tom and Joe were very responsive and communicated well with us throughout the projects. We are very happy with the work, and we got our money's worth."

"We just completed our remodeling project with Best Builders Group and it was a great experience overall. We added a master suite (appx 350 sq. ft.) to our house. We got several estimates from several construction companies and we decided to hire Best Builders Group for that because of their big experience in design, great price and great approach. The addition project was not simple at all but Zohar handled each stage of the work very productive and he always kept us up to date about the entire progress. His design was a huge advantage and it was the main thing that we couldn’t fins in the other ones. Our bathroom addition is definitely stunning and it’s our favorite part at the house now. Zohar also recommended to have a tile wall and floor tile that made the bathroom a beautiful one! More than that, he was very hard working worked extra hours because of our long schedules.
