Robert was able to assess my problem from only talking to me over the phone and a few pictures sent by text. My broken window was a slight emergency as due to close wild fires creating ash and smoke. Robert showed up the same day and fixed my window in under an hour and the work was more than satisfactory. The company also made glass inserts for cabinet doors which are lovely - more banal than the dramatic entrance but equally trouble free. I would hire them again in a heart beat."

It was my second window and very challenging with beautiful colored antique glass with designs of ribbons weaving through flowers. My son accidentally cracked a piece of glass many years ago. I was afraid to have someone attempt to fix it because I thought it would be impossible. Raul's work was magnificent!!! He was able to match the different glass pieces that had broken over time.
