Robert was able to assess my problem from only talking to me over the phone and a few pictures sent by text. My broken window was a slight emergency as due to close wild fires creating ash and smoke. Haven't had a lick of trouble with it. And, Michael repaired an old glass tile for me too -- at cost even -- because he appreciated it as much as I do. The company also made glass inserts for cabinet doors which are lovely - more banal than the dramatic entrance but equally trouble free. I would hire them again in a heart beat."

It was my second window and very challenging with beautiful colored antique glass with designs of ribbons weaving through flowers. My son accidentally cracked a piece of glass many years ago. I was afraid to have someone attempt to fix it because I thought it would be impossible. Raul's work was magnificent!!! He was able to match the different glass pieces that had broken over time.
