"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "We hired Sam and his professional team to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, remove some lighting and to install recessed lights in the kitchen. We are very pleased with the work they did! All the bathrooms are gorgeous and the recessed lights are perfect. Sam and the crew worked at the house every day until the remodeling was completed. They worked very professionally and efficient. "Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

"We highly recommend J.C. Tiles Company! The owner Jose was amazing. We are so impressed by his work. every detail we spent talking over he listened to the vision and our concerns ... we needed J.C. Tile company to completely remove our very old shower... he did a great job with keeping everything clean and protected. Also, did a beautiful job artistically lining up the tiles to reflect a waterfall-like flow coming down from the top.. It came out unique and looks like I paid a lot of money for this project but, actually it was very reasonable. We paid out of pocket for all materials. We are so happy with his work. the installation of our new beautiful tile walls to the ceiling and pebble floor is a wonderful change. also, they helped assist with plumbing and shower doors install. "The entire bathroom was gutted out, new plumbing, cabinets, vanity and of course  the infamous TILE! I went ahead and explained how I wanted the design and color scheme. They completed the job as I had planned, total transformation.  Will call them later no for any other projects I have in mind."

"I have a 2 bed/1bath townhouse.  The bathroom is small which is why I wanted professional input on how to make it a better space, perhaps ideas on storage/built-ins etc.  I thought that we would discuss (in general) cabinets/tile/paint etc and that he would be able to show me a 3-D picture of what my bathroom would look like once remodeled.  Maybe I got that idea from the title on the voucher or I watch too much HGTV.
He showed up on time and was professional.  I don't remember his name.  But he said that my bathroom was 'too small' to create a 3-D picture.  I found that a little ironic since the quote given to me was $10,000 for a remodel of my small bathroom. Especially considering that I wanted to keep my floors and I already had a marble countertop left over from the kitchen remodel.  
Beyond that, he did not have any additional design ideas on how to make the space more usable.  He did show me pictures of tile work from other jobs, which was nice, but I was expecting more.  
So be warned, if you have a 'small bathroom' they will NOT be able to provide a 3-D rendering of your bathroom.  Basically I paid $49 for a quote.

"In a word. It was better than my wife and could have hoped for. Chris gave us a great deal and there were no surprises or hidden extras. Most importantly my wife is happy. The entire process from demolition to complete remodel took just under three weeks and that includes my wife changing her mind on the tile.
Chris provided options and gave great advice on design. The bathroom really is a work of art...an unbelievable transformation from the original 70's look.
