"Brian showed up on time and was very honest and friendly.  He performed the seasonal maintenance on our AC which was installed a few years ago by a different company.  I appreciate that he gave us an honest assessment of our system.  He was very thorough in what he did, going through each component.  We have a split air return system and the original installers had blocked off one side to meet the SEER rebate requirements, but makes the noise level a little louder.  I asked Brian if we should open up the 2nd side and he took the time to do an evaluation without charging us extra.
We were very happy with the service and price we got and feel we can trust Brian.  We'll be using Absolute Air from now on.

"Very well, previous maintenance visits were done without anyone ever explaining that an uncleaned A/C draws higher amperage and never offering to clean it. It was filthy. one company told me they only do that if I ask for cleaning. The All Valley Air tech explained that the cleaning should routinely be done. Results of very reasonable cost visit produced a better running more effective cooling machine another company told me that Since the air conditioner is at the end of its rated life I should buy a new one right away. It may be old but since cleaning it is running quite well and I am glad I didn't rush to replace it. If it survives this heat wave it probably will run quite a bit longer.."
