When asked to make it right by completing the rest of the service at a fair discount taking into account the hundreds of dollars we had to go spend on new trees we received rude and inappropriate text messages including "where you from?" to the wife with no inkling of rectifying the situation. I have never worked with less professional contractors and ended up having to invest money out of budget to fix their mistake. "
