Ace Ventura came out and found rats eating through my ducting, wires and insulation. Rick was great he took pictures and showed me what was going on as I was too afraid to go up there. He gave me much needed relief when he closed up the very large holes they chewed. His team also cleaned out my whole entire attic and replaced with brand new insulation, fixed my ducting and wires. He seemed to be a very conciencous hard working individual that went right to work with his inspection explaining to me as he performed the inspection what he saw and what needed to be done.The inspection was very methodical and complete.His professionalism led me to agree to have All pro Pest do the job. The materials used were about 4ft of 3ft wide blk fiberglas window screen, 4 cans of expanding foam, and gorrilla tape (duct Tape)-- all of which I sell down at the hardware store. And a spray repellent that last for about two weeks. This is what I got for $633 an hour!!"
