"Ulysser responded to my inquiry within the hour and was on property to evaluate project on the same day. His crew was on job at 7:30 the next morning. Our 5 acre parcel was scorched in 2015, when our original home was destroyed by a house fire. Property was again scorched by the Kincaid Fire in 2019. Dead trees, including ancient and massive oak and a 100 plus year old walnut tree, were not only sad reminders of trauma, by also fodder for potential future fires. Ulysser was not only prompt, he was knowledgeable and a great communicator. He confirmed and reconfirmed that he was doing exactly what we wanted. He pointed out potential problems and suggested solutions. His personable crew efficiently and safely removed dead trees. They also removed dead wood from surviving trees, revealing the promise of a new generation of beautiful natives. The crew was meticulous in cleanup and restored our prefire park like setting.
