"Dave was the utmost professional. He has done numerous tree cutting jobs for me . He came to a job did it well and left everything cleaned as far as branches , saw dust etc . He was prompt what time he said he would begin job . To top it off he was quite reasonable compared to other tree devices . "His price is competitive with "All" the licenses you need for someone to be on your property. My renters were very happy with his communication during the job and their yards were cleaner when done then before he started. No problem bringing him back for more work later..."

"Excellent service and very professional. Trimmed trees and removed a huge cypress bush in a timely manner. Cleaned up the area where they worked and everything was hauled away. I would definately recommend this business and will use them in the future."

"In a week's time, they appraised the work needed--tree removal, grinding stump and remove three large branches from an oak tree that was leaning over the road--scheduled the work and completed the work on time. Cleanup was spotless. Olga and Efren were engaging and very informative. I recommend their work and I would hire them again."

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

A few signs a tree may be dead is if the leaves are dead and there are no signs of new blooms. You can also perform a scratch test on some of the branches to check the condition of the cambium layer beneath the bark.

If it is green, it is still alive, but if several are dry, brittle, and brown, the tree may be dying or dead. Always consult an arborist before assuming your tree is dead because you may be able to save it.

It’s not always easy to tell when a tree is dying, although signs like dropping branches and brittle bark can sometimes offer clues. It can also be difficult to know whether a tree is dead or dormant, especially if it’s a deciduous tree. You’ll want to wait until a growth season to get a good idea of a tree’s health. When in doubt, contact an arborist for a consultation.

The costs vary from $250 to $5,000 per tree, depending on the size, complexity of the trimming, and labor.

Costs range from $500 to $5,000 per tree, depending on size, location, and accessibility.

Getting a tree pro with the right experience can be the difference between your transplanted tree surviving or not. When hiring a local tree transplanting and removal service, follow up on references, check their portfolio, ask for a breakdown of the costs, and get proof of liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

Also, look for companies certified by the International Society of Arboriculture or registered with the Tree Care Industry Association and make sure they have an appropriate state or city license.
