Then I met with Adrian about the bid and he was helpful and informative when I inquired about the health of the trees and how I could support their health (same with Eric). Joe and Eric came to actually carry out the work for the project and they were both pleasant to speak with as well. They were also easy-going, helpful, and organized with their work force. I could see they all worked hard to get the job done (and there was a lot to do).
