In the first step of contacting them after I got a flier in the mail, it was easy to get ahold of them and set up a time, no hassle. Cassidy was very charming and endearing to speak with. Then I met with Adrian about the bid and he was helpful and informative when I inquired about the health of the trees and how I could support their health (same with Eric). Joe and Eric came to actually carry out the work for the project and they were both pleasant to speak with as well. They were also easy-going, helpful, and organized with their work force. "Joe had his full crew (6) were out to take down large oak tree near the houe and over the roof. He is well equipped with a tall boom truck. I had the trunks and large limbs cut into firewood (they stacked) and rounds for splitting. They left the yard clean and roof blown. I will use them again."
