In the first step of contacting them after I got a flier in the mail, it was easy to get ahold of them and set up a time, no hassle. Cassidy was very charming and endearing to speak with. Then I met with Adrian about the bid and he was helpful and informative when I inquired about the health of the trees and how I could support their health (same with Eric).
