"Bridgestone Construction just completed our master bathroom remodel and we are thrilled with the experience and final outcome. Our designer was thoughtful to our needs and open to trying new things to make our vision a reality. Jeremiah was our project manager and his communication was exceptional. We were provided a detailed time-line of dates and times of what to expect. He would also stop by in-person or call daily to monitor progress. The team was punctual, kind, professional, detail-oriented and clean. They gave us the bathroom of our dreams! Would recommend Bridgestone Construction."

"We started the process of building our detached ADU at the beginning of 2022. We hired an Architect, who drew up a plan to build a 1200 sq ft, 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house. After 14 months of waiting and addressing revisions required by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety we got our permit in “Ready to Issue” status. While waiting for city approval, we all started looking for a fair, reliable and honest contractor who would do good/solid construction. We started the process of interviewing contractors and getting bids for the job. After several meetings and several bids, we met Micky Kanian with “AGA Construction”. We found Micky on Yelp. One of his references took us thru an ADU that Micky and team built for his elderly mother-in-law to live in. This family could not say enough good things about Micky and team. They took us thru the property and explained their experience in great detail. We saw another beautiful AGA project, a 5k sq ft + project that was in progress and really knew that day that we’d found our contractor. We weren’t quite ready to pull the trigger for personal reasons, so we put the project on hold. Meanwhile, we continued to collect a couple of other bids that were already in progress. During this process, AGA kept in touch with us. They checked in every few weeks or so, without being pushy or intrusive. After a delay of about 9 months, we decided to move forward with AGA construction. No one is a tougher critic than me. I was dreading this project because of the amount of stress that I knew we’d be under. Both financially and mentally. We’ve all heard and/or lived thru the horror of a construction project gone wrong. I won’t bury the lead any further. We love our ADU!!!!! We started the project on Jan 31st of 2024. We were told that the project would take 6-8 months. We lost the first 6 weeks or so with the heavy rains from last year, but even with that delay, we were mostly done with the project by the middle of August. We ran into the “expected” unknowns and surprises – all dealt with fairly and quickly by Micky and team. I would like to call out Joachin who was amazing. We always felt like we were in the best of qualified hands during this entire process. All inspections were signed off, the last checks were written, and we now have a gorgeous new home behind the main house on that property. We were so happy with the project and trusted Micky and Joachin so much, that we immediately launched a second project of gutting and renovating a very large master bathroom for my In-Laws. That job started on September 23rd and was done the first or second week of November as promised. It would’ve been done sooner, but we had a little “client indecision” that cost us about a week or two. All in all, I would highly recommend Micky and his crew, and we plan to use them for as long as they are in business or until my family and I run out of projects."

"Eran and his team were great. I had agreed to remodel my bathroom before moving in to my new house. It turned into quite an adventure once structural problems were identified during demo. Eran worked with me on trying to keep the bathroom timeline on track as I worked to get other contractors in to fix the other problems.  And they worked above and beyond in motivating me when the other contractors were late. We did run in to a slowdown at the end of the project and better communication would have been recognized - the problem was with a supplier outside of Eranâ s control. The end result was a slip at the end date for the project. Once everything worked out, I was very happy with the end result."

We've been thrilled with the final product and the experience of signing with Ouri from day one was a pleasure. This was our first large project and we would undoubtedly hire Ouri again. Project We instinctively knew Ouri was the best fit for us after the on-site consultation. Not only are his reviews overwhelmingly positive, but he's knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and honest, with competitive pricing to boot. He's also a very responsive communicator. We needed some time after signing the contract to shop for materials. Ouri kindly rolled with our uncertain timeline, checking in periodically without any pressure to see where we were at and advising on any questions we had along the way. From the beginning of the project, his crew was respectful, clean, and always checked in with us as any questions came up. The project went smoothly and for one very minor hiccup that came up, Ouri & crew were quick to address without question. And months later, he sent a member of his crew to come troubleshoot something minor, again without any hesitation. It's challenging to keep these brief when you have such a great experience, especially when you read and hear about horror stories from other people. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."

All the workers from Pacific Ocean Builders to the sub-contractors were experienced, very professional and respectful. I would recommend Pacific Ocean Builders to anyone. You will not be sorry. Erez from Pacific Ocean Builders were exceptional and she got me through it all. We never knew anyone who was more customer oriented. He kept on top of every aspect of the job and kept us informed. "I was totally wrong in thinking that this company would do a good job because in reality they did something spectacular, the entire work team was very kind and attentive to our family, we are a family that does not open the door to anyone but we decided to trust American Professional Builders, Jose was very friendly and understanding with all of our needs, he always tried to adapt the work to each one's style, my children's rooms are comfortable, elegant and at the same time they can play and have fun with the design that Jose created especially for them, our yards are safe for the children and at the same time we can enjoy a weekend with the wonderful Deck with fireplace and kitchen, the pool with games that Jose recommended and that he built is beautiful and fun for the family, the type of tile he used looks luxurious and the pavers he installed with the artificial grass around it were exactly what we dreamed of, we are going to build an ADU soon and we are already working on the pl"
