"Wow! Gerrod at Valiant Plumbing would get 6 stars if I could give them. He was professional and did a fantastic job on updating two sinks and bringing everything up to code. He paid a lot of attention to detail, including cleaning old mineral deposits. He even saved the day when a refrigerator delivery crew needed a water line disconnected but wouldn't do it themselves, Whew! Pricing and schedule availability were very reasonable and he did not try to upsale anything. Also, just a nice, decent guy. I felt comfortable having him in the house. But, that didn't work well for me, so they came out the next morning at the time I specified. They were on time, and called a few minutes beforehand to confirm and remind me. "Job went well, Bob is very creative and did all of the work with a limited crew so he was very hands on. We lost a large oak during the storm and the tree company damaged the yard since it was wet, in getting the tree out. Decided to replace the lawn and redesign the space. Bob was the only bidder that actually looked at the sprinkler valve box after I described some of the problems we were having with the lawn. He wasn't the lowest or highest bidder either. He works afternoons into the early evening which takes some getting used to but he definitely gets the job done!"
