"My hot water heater died on Memorial Day. I called Bonney. They were willing to come out and replace it that very day for no extra charge, even though it was a holiday. But, that didn't work well for me, so they came out the next morning at the time I specified. They were on time, and called a few minutes beforehand to confirm and remind me. We lost a large oak during the storm and the tree company damaged the yard since it was wet, in getting the tree out. Decided to replace the lawn and redesign the space.
