"Job went well, Bob is very creative and did all of the work with a limited crew so he was very hands on. We lost a large oak during the storm and the tree company damaged the yard since it was wet, in getting the tree out. Decided to replace the lawn and redesign the space. Bob was the only bidder that actually looked at the sprinkler valve box after I described some of the problems we were having with the lawn. He wasn't the lowest or highest bidder either. "The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him."
