I was ready to give up after his second attempt (of course I wasn't doing anything but watching) but he did it a third time and it broke free, whatever it was. He then gave me advice on what I should do next and started to clean things up, but it was all my mess from me trying to un clog it for the last couple of weeks. Real nice guy and is great at answering and returning calls. Not once did I talk to a voicemail. Thanks."

He even saved the day when a refrigerator delivery crew needed a water line disconnected but wouldn't do it themselves, Whew!
