I was ready to give up after his second attempt (of course I wasn't doing anything but watching) but he did it a third time and it broke free, whatever it was. He then gave me advice on what I should do next and started to clean things up, but it was all my mess from me trying to un clog it for the last couple of weeks. Real nice guy and is great at answering and returning calls. Not once did I talk to a voicemail. Thanks."

Their dispatcher was friendly and professional and called me to schedule an estimate less than 3 hours later — around 8:20am — and had a service window of noon-4pm for a technician to visit and give us an estimate. We ended up using a different provider who was able to arrive by 8:40am that same Sunday morning, but I was impressed by the quick customer service provided by Mr. Drain Corp. and will keep them in mind for future plumbing needs!"

"The day the service was scheduled did not go well. We were scheduled between 8 and 12, but they called in the morning to move it back to 10 to 2. I called them after 2 because we had not heard anything. The technician finally came around 3:45. I think it is very poor customer service to expect someone to wait all day for a service call. Once the technician arrived the service was done very professionally. He did find that they should have enlarged our vent with the install two years ago, and they will have to come back and do that. It makes me think they did not have proper attention to detail during the install. There also was an up-sale so that a $79 service call ended up costing us over $450."
