Overall good. Did really good work from what I can tell. Upped our quoted price when he came out, which I didn’t entirely agree with/like - I feel like you don’t give a quote on a job and then change it once it’s been agreed to, but his communication was much better than others that had a lower price so ended up going with him, especially with the weather we had coming.

Shawn and Brian did a great job installing Leaf Guard Pro gutter guards on my house. The price was very reasonable and they did it in about 3 1/2 hours, start to finish. I would highly recommend Sacramento Storm to anyone. They are cordial and professional.

Quick to respond and do install of gutter guards but was not up to my standard as to workmanship. Cuts were sloppy and ends were not covered. I called Shawn and he sent out a rep to correct the sloppy cuts and end caps. But, the endocarps were screwed on the outside of the gutter instead of being folded to the inside.

A team of two techs came out and did a great job cleaning the gutters and installing the gutter covers, but didn’t pickup what they through out on the walk way or driveway. They just blew the staff to the side into the patio.

Shawn did a great job cleaning our gutters. Then he sealed leaks and installed stainless steel gutter screens with screws, not tape, so that they can be removed if ever necessary. He was professional, courteous and did a great job for our lowest bid.

Shawn was the only gutter company to answer my call. He was very courteous and did a good job cleaning and repairing my gutters.

I had bids as high as $25,000. Shawn cleaned out the existing gutters to see what shape they were in. They were fine, but overflowing because of debris & inadequate downspout drainage. He fixed the dry rot underneath, added 6 downspouts, installed highly-reviewed gutter-guards to exclude debris, and did it all in 2 days even with my wasp-infested gutters. He was on-time, thorough, and he charged me exactly what he said -- less than $5,000. He expects these gutters will last more than 10 years -- there's no rust, they just were not draining correctly. We will see what the rains bring, but I'm really happy I met Shawn. He also recommended a great painter as well. I would hire him again in a minute, but I hope that the gutter problem is now fixed and that I won't have to.

Shawn called me quickly after posting my search on HomeAdvisor. He was on time and did a great job cleaning over 200 feet of gutters on 2 buildings at an more than fair fee. One building was 2 and a half stories high. I initially wondered how Shawn was going to clean it's gutters, but it was no problem for Shawn. It makes more economic sense to me, to have Shawn clean my gutters yearly than pay what the local Gutter Topper franchise contractor wants to install gutter covers.

The guy was very responsive. Showed up on time and it took about a half hour to do the work with a blower. Charge was $175.00. I'll know how effective he was after we get the next serious rain.
