He paid a lot of attention to detail, including cleaning old mineral deposits. He even saved the day when a refrigerator delivery crew needed a water line disconnected but wouldn't do it themselves, Whew! Pricing and schedule availability were very reasonable and he did not try to upsale anything. Also, just a nice, decent guy. I felt comfortable having him in the house. "The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him."
