"Im sorry to hear that you were not pleased with our service, I believe we spoke on the phone and we had booked this basic cleaning for 3 hrs for a total of $228. Once our time was up, We did a satisfaction walk through with your wife in which she approved of our cleaning. Please understand that we always recommend a deep cleaning on the initial clean to make sure the home in thoroughly cleaned so we can maintain it on a weekly / bi-weekly basis. This could pertain as to why you might have not been content with just the basic cleaning, Im sorry that we were not able to accommodate you by offering you a re-clean so we could fix any issues that you saw. Again please understand that this was a basic cleaning and our time was limited so certain areas were not given the proper time for attention to detail which is more of our focus on our deep cleanings. "Hello [Member Name Removed], Thank you for sharing your experience with us, We are very displeased to know we were not able to accommodate your needs with our cleaning service. We want to apologize for having to cancel on your scheduled cleaning service. Our technician became ill & we didn't want to expose anyone in your home to those symptoms she was experiencing. We were short staffed on a busy day like Friday and that is why we couldn't send another technician out that day due to our regular scheduled accounts we have on schedule for Fridays. We would've been more than happy to reschedule & to accommodate your needs for a different day but you refused to reschedule with us which is fine, We just wanted to make sure you knew we had offered you that option as well. My apologies again for not being able to service your home that day in specific, But we will be more than happy to service your home if you ever decide to choose our service. Thank you for sharing your experience w/ us and we will be doing our best to learn from this as well. Again no fee was charged to you & any information we have of you, We will be disposing of it, Thank You."
