A. the best of customer services, with quick responses to all questions during estimate, removal of old wooden patio cover and construction of new patio cover. In addition, Deisy and Jorge were extremely patient and helpful with changes we made during estimate period. B. quality, premier materials, that were used in replacing our old patio cover. The new patio cover not only looks beautiful, but is very sturdy, matches our homes paint scheme and, because of its' insulated roofing, is much cooler than our previous patio cover. C. on-time replacement and construction of new patio cover. Deisy and Jorge were very clear about the time line for materials order/arrival, removal of existing patio cover and construction of new patio cover. During removal of old cover and construction of new patio cover, Jorge and his assistant paid attention to all details including securing and daily cleanup of work site. My wife and I enjoyed working working with Jorge and Deisy and highly recommend California Awnings."

"The woman who answered the phone was nice and I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Unfortunately, Accent does not carry the type of product I am looking for (retractable waterproof/weatherproof awning). Clearly she did not have enough knowledge of the product line to even question whether an appointment was appropriate. Since Accent makes all of the awnings it sells, it should not be too difficult to train the phone staff. 
But when Jim came out, he did his best to make the appointment productive. He brainstormed solutions to my problem (rainwater ponding on my deck); smart solutions that unfortunately have already been tried and ruled out. He then remembered the name of a European company that used to make the kind of product I need, and spent some time on the computer hunting down leads. From there I was able to find a company that carries a product that will work for me.

Veronica took down my information and consistently kept in touch. The installer, Mauro, was very thorough, professional and patient as I went back in forth deciding on a color pattern. The installation was surprisingly quick and efficient. I did not replace the panels since they were not damaged but now looked a little sad looking with the new awning. Mauro said they were in great condition, so we just decided to replace the sashes around them. Wonderful people to work with."
