"Prior to meeting Brenda, I was with another realtor who I loved! But the market is and was tough, so there was no inventory. I realized that if I was going to get what I wanted, I was going to need someone who was "hungry", and was going to really advocate for me. However, in areas where xeriscaping isn’t the norm, some buyers may be willing to pay less for a xeriscaped property if they don’t like the appearance.

Adding a well can increase your home value by as much as 10%, especially if you live on a property without a connection to municipal water. But you’ll want to hire a skilled well and pump contractor for installation because an improperly installed well could actually decrease the property value.
