"My condo was tenant occupied for over 10 years. When it came time to sell it I did a walk through and realized that I needed to fix, repair, and update a lot. I hired Fred and Deco to gut the place and remodel the bathrooms and the kitchen, install wood flooring, paint and clean the unit, replace the doors, and make the place livable once again. From the estimate to the final walk through everything went without a hitch. The place looked great and I was very pleased with the final results. I really liked the fact that they have a private showroom that has everything from tile and cabinets, to counter-tops and wood flooring. The final cost was very close to the estimate (I added a few things) and there were no surprises along the way. I would definitely hire and recommend Deco Construction and Fred."
