"Prior to meeting Brenda, I was with another realtor who I loved! But the market is and was tough, so there was no inventory. I realized that if I was going to get what I wanted, I was going to need someone who was "hungry", and was going to really advocate for me. Then I met Brenda at a social event and I knew immediately that she was who I was looking for! She would be on it! I contacted her afterward, and she responded immediately, but the stars didn't align for us until about a month in when the home she said was not on the market was available for me. She put an offer in, managed to make the offer strong enough that the owner would not list it, and she advocated for me ferociously throughout the entire process! She's a tiger!
