He came quickly after our initial call and returned the following day at the time promised. He worked until the job was done.

I called Eli and we set up an appointment for the following week. When he didn't show up, I called and he explained that he'd forgotten that it was a Jewish holiday. We rescheduled for two days later and he did the job. The earthquake valve was the trickiest, as the meter is under the house and he had to come up with a way to brace it to the wall. Both jobs took a total of a couple of hours. His original estimate over the phone was $500 to $525, but I ended up paying $535, which I thought was fair under the circumstances.

He is a real professional. He arrives on time. He checks the work to be done. He needed a piece so he went to a plumbing supply store, came right back, and finished the job.
