"Prior to meeting Brenda, I was with another realtor who I loved! But the market is and was tough, so there was no inventory. I realized that if I was going to get what I wanted, I was going to need someone who was "hungry", and was going to really advocate for me. Then I met Brenda at a social event and I knew immediately that she was who I was looking for! She would be on it! I contacted her afterward, and she responded immediately, but the stars didn't align for us until about a month in when the home she said was not on the market was available for me.
