It went very well. Got three referrals and decided on one. Richard Pease came out at a convenient time for us and was able to give us a detailed appraisal the following day. He was professional, polite, pleasant, and informative.

He showed up on time, was very thorough, but did not take excessive time, and I received the report as promised 2 days later. Very professional. The numbers were very much as I expected they would be.

My husband and I are thrilled by the service we received from Appraising LA. We needed an appraisal in a very short turn around time and not only did they perform the service within record time, but they even went out on a Sunday to inspect the property in order to meet our deadline. They also offered the best price of any appraiser we contacted. We highly recommend Appraising LA and would definitely use them again.

Max from Appraising LA was great. He showed up short notice on a holiday weekend to get the job done without any extra charge. He was a little late because of traffic but still arrived within a reasonable time frame. He had paperwork ready to go when he got out of the car. I let him know about the upgrades that were not visible, like the house being re-plumbed a year before the divorce, then he was on his way. The inspection went quick and Max told me I would have my appraisal in two days. Very quick turn around. The physical appraisal was done on a Monday and my paper appraisal was in my email on that Thursday afternoon. I am very pleased with the work performed and the quick turn around. I will be using Appraising LA the next time I need a property appraisal.
