Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!

Santa Monica Air Duct arrived on time and with no gimmicks. It's obvious that he has been doing this for quite sometime. He was quite thorough going room to room for each air vent. He even pointed out two minor issues and advised me how to fix them. He offers a 1" air filter, so know what type of filter your system uses. Knowing mine used a 5" filter, I purchased online prior to his arrival. We were quite happy with the cleaning and would use them again.
