"We were able to make an appointment within 3 working days (we were in no hurry as it was not an urgent issue).  We were called the morning of the visit as his first call was running long and he wanted us to know that he would be a little late - greatly appreciated.  He was efficient and professional.  He cleaned up the work area before leaving and explained everything that we did.  He provided us with a selection of thermostats and explained the differences among them.  We were very happy with service and will use them for our HVAC needs in the future.

"After a routine maintence service call and an aging HVAC system, tech Carmelo scheduled a call for sales rep to contact me for a quote on new ststem.
