Great job. Very quick and friendly

Yuri was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone and was able to come out to my home to make the repair right away. He also helped me down load the app onto my phone and made another trip at no charge to make sure everything was functioning well and to make sure I could open and close my garage door using the app, which is very convenient! He quoted me a two hour window for when he would be at my home, but kept me updated so I knew exactly when he would arrive. I’m so glad that he was able to take care of my project. I highly recommend him! I am 100 percent satisfied with his performance!

Contacted Yuri last night, we discussed what I needed and was given options. He arrived the next morning, and after discussing what I needed done ei decided on A slightly upgraded door openers. The work was done and the final product looked much cleaner then my old unit. He also worked on my door on a second garage door that was making loud sounds . He determined that the unit needs to be lubricanted. He maintained the entire door opener and it solved my issues. I would recommend Yuri for garage door work and will use him again if I have anything that needs work. Very professional.

Uri was very knowledgeable and honest. He was able to come the same day and repair/ replace the springs on my garage door. He gave me a very reasonable estimate right off the bat , whereas two other companies gave me a very high estimate. Uri was very professional and completed the job quickly.

My garage door spring decided to die on me late afternoon and after figuring out this was not going to be any kind of DIY moment, I put in a request thru Yelp. Literally 1 minute later Yuri calls me, speaks to be about the issue I'm having, gives me a rough estimate of cost (totally reasonable) and an hour later he's at my house! He thoroughly explained to me what needed to be done, didn't try to upsell me on what I didn't need - and basically went above and beyond, staying extra time when he ran into an issue so he can make things perfect. On top of it, Yuri is super nice and professional. I know most people (including myself) are hesitant when someone doesn't have a ton of reviews- but everyone has to start somewhere - and Ural Garage Door does have 5 star reviews on Angie's List and Yelp too. Highly recommend that everyone give him a shot!

Our garage door motor broke down. We found this company . Tech Yuri did some diagnosis, gave us options, and answered the questions my wife and I had. We ended up having Yuri install a new motor, sensors, and belt at a reasonable price. He got it done in around 1.5 hours! Yuri was great! He explained how the new garage door opener worked and walked me through on how to set-up the app for the motor. We will definitely work with this company again and even recommend them to our friends and family.
