They cleaned the work area nightly and was cautious about covering all furniture. Jan – 1600 sq ft of Smartcore vinyl flooring (Andover Oak) with water barrier Feb – Door and baseboard trim throughout home with framing corners Mar – Installed 2 French doors. Raised the back fence 1.5 feet and installed a gate. Mar/April - Kitchen remodel – Removed an L shape wall, bar, power and lighting. Reinforced subfloor joist and replaced damaged subflooring. Placed an Island (78.7 x 40.6) with water, plumbing and power. Framed butler pantry, sheetrock, mud and taped with lighting. Hung pendulum lights and ceiling fan. Relocated the refrigerator and water. Framed cabinets, sheetrock, mud, and taped above the refrigerator. July – Folding patio doors (151 x 80), remove sliding doors and install. He had to remove the molding from one side of the door jam and insert shimmies to straighten out the door jam so the door would shut properly. He also tightened screws to give the door more lift so it wouldn't drag when opened and closed, and replaced the door knob, which I had purchased. I would definitely use him again."

"My wife called Lightning Locks to re-key our new house. She set up an appointment with Alan. She originally told him that we need four locks and we end up needing 12. "From the initial call Tomas Mejia was very professional and was able to give us an approximate estimate over the phone.  He was right on time for our appointment and was very knowledgable in the product from manufacturing thru installation.  He gave us a quote and an exact date of when the product would be ready for installation. 
Our initial appointment was on a Monday and the shower door was ready Thursday that same week.  Tomas called on Wednesday to schedule the installation and let us know how long it would take.  The door was intalled that Friday.
