"This is the second time we hired Zohar and his people to do remodeling and construction work for us. Last spring he remodeled our master and guest bathrooms and did a great job. This time, the job was much bigger. Zohar worked with us to architect a new kitchen. He is very creative and has seen just about every kind of kitchen, so he gave us a wonderful way to change our kitchen and to open it to our den. He did computer renderings to give us a visual view of his ideas. Sofia, who runs the office, was a wonderful help. She did all of the ordering and scheduling, and even took time on a Saturday to help us shop for counter top granite and back splash tile designs. We were new at it, and her help was greatly appreciated. We ended up with a beautiful new home and an amazing kitchen that my wife and I both love. "The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. They stayed until all the problems were resolved which was greatly appreciated! (My wife and three daughters were not relishing cold showers!)"

"Evening of Valentine's Day we learned our water heater had broken.
Called Bob & Marc the next morning and had an appointment of 3 pm. They were available earlier, but I could not get out of work any earlier.
Spencer was on time and got right to work. He was very professional, careful and friendly.
He assessed that the water heater was broken, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one.
He made sure that the TPM piping was exact, fit and would last. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and was even very helpful in providing advice on how to extend the life of this new water heater.
He cleaned up and all that was left was a professionally installed water heater that has been working great.

Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!

"Cielo construction and the team who was managed and supervised by Sam just finished remodeling the master bathroom remodeling and we are pleased and happy with the end results of the new bathroom.  We hired Sam and his company before on our kitchen remodeling and we were very happy then too. Sam went extra miles on the remodeling and all of that in order to make sure that we got what we want and that we are happy with his work. Sam have great ideas and huge experience in construction and he is thinking outside the box to solve issues no matter how big they are or complicated.
