"Repair was done on my daughter's car who is in college in California, I live in Colorado. The owner spoke with me on the phone prior to doing the repair to explain issues with car. His assessment was consistent with the problems my daughter described to me. The price was very reasonable for all the parts and labor. The job was completed quickly and they stayed past closing until my daughter could get there to pick up car. They accepted my payment over the phone and offered to check her fluids and inspect car periodically in the future for free. I think you will be very satisfied using this garage as this and other reviews have clearly shown.

"We wanted to remodel two bathrooms at the house. We needed the master bathroom with shower to be made with more handicapped accessible features. We research and called Best Builders Group as one of the contractors and spoke with Sofia. It was a good and positive experience from that first call. She explained about the process of choosing them as a company to do remodeling and how to make sure they are reputable and suggested we get at least 2 additional estimates so we will have a good compressing of the work. After doing additional research and talking to other companies we called back to best builders group, explained what we wanted done and we scheduled an appointment for Zohar to come over to our home and to measure and discuss what we want to do. Zohar definitely listened to everything we wanted and he also gave us few excellent suggestions and guidance. He was completely upfront with us about the budget issue and he really worked with us on this. He sent us a detailed estimate by email. We had some important questions and we emailed him back with them which he promptly responded to. In fact, throughout the whole process both Sofia and Zohar responded and answered quickly to our questions. Zohar, who is the owner, was also very helpful any time we called and either he got back to us promptly or got a message back via Sofia. After we had decided to go with Best Builders Group, we went to several vendors showrooms with Zohar to choose the materials. Zohar listened to what we wanted and helped us in making most of the decisions as we need; he had some really good suggestions. He spent a lot of time with us and everything was put in writing; He was even given pictures of the fixtures we had chosen. During the remodel Zohar would stop by very frequently and check on the work that was performed, speak with us and ask if we had any questions. There were some changes we wanted made along the way which were incorporated into the job without any issue.  We decided to change the type of shower door and it was expensive! Zohar called his glass vendor that they work with and they came over to install the door. Sofia didn't have to do this but it was typical of the great service and positive interactions we had throughout.  The workers came on time each day and were hardworking and skilled.  We love the way everything turned out and have gotten compliments on it! We think the workmanship and materials are top notch. They also made what could be very stressful a positive experience. We highly recommend Best Builders Group and would not hesitate to use them again."

"Evening of Valentine's Day we learned our water heater had broken.
Called Bob & Marc the next morning and had an appointment of 3 pm. They were available earlier, but I could not get out of work any earlier.
Spencer was on time and got right to work. He was very professional, careful and friendly.
He assessed that the water heater was broken, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one.
He made sure that the TPM piping was exact, fit and would last. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and was even very helpful in providing advice on how to extend the life of this new water heater.
He cleaned up and all that was left was a professionally installed water heater that has been working great.

"Sent email through anigies list site, he called right away on a Sunday night - tried to help me fix my thermostat since it was only a year 1/2 old but we could not.  Did tell me he had a job in san diego that week.  since it was nothing major decided to wait since the reviews were good and he seemed honest.  finally was able to pick a good day, called letting me know he was on his way, showed up and first looked at my thermostat but it was broke, replaced with new one right away.  Explained how it worked also checked my filters and let me know where I could buy replacement ones at a good price.  Was quick, very friendly and professional.  Also does electrical work which I need so I will be calling in the future.
