"We had an excellent “remodeling” experience with Zohar! Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Was very comforting to have someone available to assure that all your purchases would work out. Zohar’s team was great–they know their stuff — he knows what he’s doing! All the guys were very polite, respectful of my privacy, and cleaned up every day. The work finished on time, and we were so pleased that the project cost exactly what Zohar quoted. "We got a new tile relay roof done to our home. Inspections went well and cielo and there crew did a good job. No unexpected cost from our quote and job was very straight forward. Based on my roofing experience I would use them again for other properties or homes that I own."

"Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

"Plenty of damage, torn tiles and cracked on the sides. I called these guys after a relative gave me their number. Guys replaced in a matter of days, the tile matched and also they also did a beautiful job in having the tile glazed."

"I have a 2 bed/1bath townhouse.  The bathroom is small which is why I wanted professional input on how to make it a better space, perhaps ideas on storage/built-ins etc.  I thought that we would discuss (in general) cabinets/tile/paint etc and that he would be able to show me a 3-D picture of what my bathroom would look like once remodeled.  Maybe I got that idea from the title on the voucher or I watch too much HGTV.
He showed up on time and was professional.  I don't remember his name.  But he said that my bathroom was 'too small' to create a 3-D picture.  I found that a little ironic since the quote given to me was $10,000 for a remodel of my small bathroom. Especially considering that I wanted to keep my floors and I already had a marble countertop left over from the kitchen remodel.  
Beyond that, he did not have any additional design ideas on how to make the space more usable.  He did show me pictures of tile work from other jobs, which was nice, but I was expecting more.  
So be warned, if you have a 'small bathroom' they will NOT be able to provide a 3-D rendering of your bathroom.  Basically I paid $49 for a quote.

"Granted, the work isn't completely finished, but I wanted to update my review to post how impressed I am. Danny Gold and his crew just completed the tile install phase. They did an extremely complex "wood" tile pattern which looks beautiful in photos and EVEN better in reality. In addition, the bulk of the work and hassles and noise was done remotely while I was out of town. Luis was great an explaining things and even though I wasn't there, I felt everything would be handled with the utmost care and attention to details. Talk about trustworthy!!! Such a gift in a contractor. The tile work cost me a bit more than I expected, but the work was well worth it. They are handling all the extremely annoying inspections (City of Santa Monica slows everything so much!) My shower glass guy was super impressed with the precision of the bathroom. "Like laser crafted" In all, HIGHLY recommend their work!!"
