We walked around the entire house, inside and out, and he pointed out the many places those little freeloaders could get into the crawl spaces. He came up with a plan, gave me a flat price that included follow-up visits to remove the weekly catches and make sure he got them all. He came back two days later just as he said he would. He sealed up every potential accessway. Then he returned for the follow-ups, calling each time the day before to confirm and ask if I had heard the little bums scurrying around (I had not). When he was delayed once, he called to let me know he would be late. In all I found Jorge and the office staff to be courteous, professional, easy to work with, and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. A+ work!"
